Mascletà is not a typical beer, it is a work of art. It is a complete product, it is a whole. A craft beer inside and out, due to its exquisite flavor and the careful details of its packaging... where the label illustrated by the artist José Luis Molina Ferrer stands out. Each bottle is a sigh, a breath of air, a breath of gunpowder, smoke, tangerines, light... pure Valencia. Mascletà is something that gives you life, gives you nostalgia, is love of tradition.
ELABORATION:
Our beer performs a second fermentation in the bottle to achieve gasification. We do not filter the beer, so the product may contain yeast sludge. It must be preserved from light and high temperatures to avoid deterioration. We advise that before being served it is allowed to rest. We also recommend that it be served in a Burgundy or Bordeaux wine glass at an approximate temperature between 6º and 8º C. Mascletà beer is characterized by a tangerine color, with a white and persistent foam.
On the nose, a pleasant fruity aroma is mainly discovered that reveals its mandarin character with subtle sweet notes. In the mouth the step is soft and silky. It is a beer with a medium body and moderate bitterness offset by the sweetness of the malts.
PAIRING:
It is an ideal beer to accompany citrus salads due to its tangerine notes. It is also the perfect combination to pair with meats, cheeses, pâtés and rice dishes.
Serve between 7ºC and 8ºC.
