Pólvora Blue Craft Beer

ELABORATION:

Pólvora Blue is made by hand, only with natural products, that is, spring water, 100% barley malt, hops, yeast and a subtle aroma of orange and orange blossom. Our beer undergoes a second fermentation in the bottle to achieve gasification. We do not filter the beer, so the product may contain yeast sediment. It must be preserved from light and high temperatures to prevent deterioration. We advise that before being served it is allowed to rest. We also recommend that it be served in a Burgundy or Bordeaux wine glass at an approximate temperature between 6º and 8º C. Pólvora Blue is a beer that is characterized by its freshness and aroma of orange and orange blossom, with white and persistent foam and a color very characteristic blond. In the mouth, the mid palate is smooth and silky, with a light body and a very subtle bitterness.

PAIRING:

It is an ideal beer to accompany seafood, preserves, semi-cured cheeses, salted meats and pickles.

Serve between 7ºC and 8ºC.
